A World of Copper: Globalising the Industrial Revolution, 1830-1870

'A World of Copper: Globalising the Industrial Revolution, 1830-1870' is a research project funded by the Leverhulme Trust under its International Networks scheme and is led by Professor Chris Evans at the University of Glamorgan (now part of the University of South Wales).

The project brings together a range of expertise on the global copper industry, including historians, anthropologists, archaeologists and museum professionals, from across the world.
